A $50.00 per space deposit must accompany application. Balance is due prior to or at time of move-in. Check in at office on
arrival or before move-in. One year prepaid spaces are assigned in advance. All other spaces will be assigned on a
first-come first-serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate your request, if the space is available. Sellers are
responsible to report and pay their own State sales tax. One-day seller permits may be obtained from the State of
California Board of Equalization. Contact them at 209 445-5763. This agreement covers both of these events.

Setup times are on Thursday after 12:00Pm and Friday. Show open Friday at 12:00pm until 7:00pm.  Bring your own props.
NO tables, umbrellas, electricity, etc. will be provided. Shade is limited, so bring your own.

Absolutely NO alcohol/drugs on premises. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. Children must remain with their
parents or persons with whom they arrived at all times while at the market. Pets--
The Madera County leash law must be
observed. All pets must have current vaccinations and be on a leash at all times.

Food vendors must display their Madera County Permit ($200.00 for all 3 days). All merchandise to be sold must be
approved by the show manager.

We have limited electric capabilities; if you need it, there will be a $20.00 per day charge to be paid in advance.
Report all traffic problems or hazards to management or staff immediately. (All Vendors must park behind vendor
parking signs in the designated vendor parking area.) To the field Turn Left at red well house.  DO NOT PARK IN THE
SPACES BEHIND THE CABINS--TOW AWAY ZONE--

You must have a Vendor Parking Pass.  Campers must be self-contained. No tents allowed.  If parked elsewhere your
vehicle will be towed at your expense.
 No fires will be allowed.  Be careful of cigarettes in the dry grass. Spaces must be
kept clean and booths maintained in an attractive manner. All fire, health, safety and other laws and regulations
applicable to the use of such space must be abided by.

Please use the waste cans or dumpsters for your trash.  Please, if you pack it in, pack it out.  No cardboard boxes
or unsold items to be left on site or you will be charged a $50.00 clean up fee.

Sellers will be responsible and liable for the care of their own merchandise, helpers and employees.  Management is not
responsible for loss or stolen merchandise or property.  

In the event that the Market is cancled, only the prepaid space fees (less the non-refundable $50.00 deposit) will be
refunded. Vendor losses of any kind are not the responsibility of the operators of this event.

Your use of the space must be in compliance with all Federal, State, and Madera County ordinances and laws. This
agreement shall not constitute a rental of space, but shall constitute only a revocable license to use booth space on the
terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.  THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE.
In the event of a legal dispute the prevailing party shall be reimbursed for all legal costs.

UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE CHECK IN TO FILL OUT YOUR STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FORM AND PAY
YOUR BALANCE DUE.  *ALL VENDORS MUST CHECK IN BEFORE GOING T SPACE.  * PLEASE HAVE STATE BOARD
NUMBER AND LICENSE PLATE OF CARS & TRUCKS AND TRAILERS WITH YOU AT CHECK IN.
